It’s What I Ate Wednesday again! These are my eats from yesterday…
Breakfast – key lime chobani flip + iced coffee
Lunch – tuscan white bean and prosciutto salad at LPQ + more coffee
Yesterday was free cone day at Ben and Jerry’s so obviously I had to stop in there. I ended up getting the Liz Lemon flavor, which is a lemon Greek frozen yogurt with a blueberry lavender swirl. SO GOOD. Definitely worth waiting in line for 10 minutes.
Some jelly beans before my run. Because the ice cream wasn’t enough sugar for the day? I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
Dinner – egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin + salad with TJ’s pear champagne dressing
Dessert – way too much wine, cheese and pickles

Breakfast – coffee, scrambled eggs with cheese, blackberries, orange slices
Lunch – grilled chicken cobb salad from Le Pain Quotidien, more coffee
Dinner – wine, left over pizza from California Pizza Kitchen, coconut Chobani yogurt
Dessert – way too many Swedish Fish jellybeans
I finally ran outside today! My knee/calf/leg was feeling a little bit better so I decided to run outside instead of doing a class at the gym. Turns out I’m really, really out of shape. I mean, I’ve always been slow but now I’m SUPER slow and it’s a struggle to even run two miles. BUT, I did it and that’s what counts.
I ran/walked/crawled 2.5 miles total.
And now I’m off to eat my weight in swedish fish flavored jellybeans.
