Monday: 3 miles along the East River
Tuesday: 5.5 miles in Central Park
Thursday: Yoga in the living room. I REALLY want to be one of those people that love yoga, I just can't seem to make it happen.
Friday: 14.5 miles around Manhattan. So hot and humid but I'm proud of myself for going out and getting it done.
Saturday & Sunday: drinking/adventuring/long-weekend-ing. I still can't figure out how to add exercise to my weekend plans.
Total: 3 days of running(23 miles) and one yoga session. Not bad considering I was kind of sick in the middle of the week.
